Ever since it was set up in 1994, the practice has been growing apace, with a great deal of dynamism.
In 2002, Laurence Bory entered into a partnership with Emmanuel Ducrest. In 2003, Corinne Nerfin and Jacques Berta joined the practice, followed in 2012 by Bernd Reinmüller, in 2016 by Emmanuelle Guiguet, in 2017 by Eric Alves de Souza and in 2019 by Olivier Rivoire.
The partners are active in litigation and alternative dispute resolution. They assist and represent their clients with the cantonal and federal courts, in civil, commercial, administrative and criminal matters.
